Getting Started
|
I've travelled quite a lot there over past 3 years, used uber and grab with my local MY number with no issues so far. Sometimes there are language issues, but out of more than 90 trips on grab/uber there, only 2 or 3 had issues.

Getting Started

I use local Malaysia number.
I prefer using GRAB more, as it have messaging features and 'Notes' to driver. I utilize both, to pinpoint pickup location and to describe myself so it is easier for driver recognize pessenger (me) so not necessarily for driver to call me.
Use simple english, eg ' 26 years old, male, fat, blue shirt with jeans, in front Big C'
