Oh, yeah. Don't know about them moving to JayaOne from SS2, but I figured out that they just charge a higher rate for their One Utama club - You'll see that if you try to sign up for a membership with the JayaOne club instead, I think.

For me, I just go to CF because I work at home, the gym is a short distance away, and I don't have to deal with stuff like parking, for which I understand that Midvalley is a nightmare Might be worth it if I were say, bustling in and out from KL day after day, but I greatly prefer not having to do that

Pretty good! Facilities are good with nice weights, it's pretty easy to get whatever workout you need done, and the trainers are generally quite friendly/chill, and classes take place pretty regularly and there is a schedule. If you've got specific questions, feel free to PM me!
