the approximate number is stated on the screen, why do u need to check? further, it depends on how you use the camera and the lens you are using. if you are using VR lens, it will consume more power.

flicker is giving 3months free pro account when you transfer photo from yahoo! photos.
but, as i am at china and the darn network here blocked flicker from viewing photos! god damm it! |

the shop i went only have 2 sets of MB-D80 only. i think this shop owner have other views in selling his product, and need money turn fast. that;s why he willing sell me lower price as compared to other shops at the same photography equipments building.

i find your hoya +4 close up filter is odd as compared to macro lens. but of course cannot compare wit it.
