Hi Guys,

Currently im using MacBook Pro A1278.
My laptop is very slow and its take too long to load a apps.

Model : Apple MacBook Pro "Core i7" 2.9 13" Mid-2012 Specs

I plan to change my HDD to SSD.
Currently running on 750GB HDD and planning for 250GB SSD.

did all SSD are compatible with MacBook Pro? of just selected brand/type only can be use?

can anyone suggest me some good and cost effective SSD?

Thanks in advance.

-All SSD compatible with MBP

-Kingston SSD are good and cost effective

-Samsung SSD preferable but $$$

-I suggest u remove the Optical Drive and move 750GB HDD there. Put SSD in main bay. U will have SSD as boot drive/OS and HDD for storage.

-With this setup your 15" mbp 2012 will become whole new machine
