They will cut yr existing sim to nano size, but if your sim is too old, they will want u to change it, and can clone yr old sim onto a new nano-sized one. No charge for cutting the sim. I just had mine potong to nano size a few days ago. Former digi and current maxis customer here.

I then paid and got the receipt, the store associate opened the box and we tested the hardware, step by step. Everything worked fine and we parted ways happily

when i press my finger, the phone vibrate abit.
am i supposed to lift my finger at that moment?
or will there be another vibration? (how long do i need to press my finger)

Nobody is stopping you from using normal screen protector. However, for more comprehensive protection, people choose to use tempered glass. Soling halo effect is pretty simple. Select screen protector that doesn't cover the curved ares or use filler gel to remove halo effect. Halo effect is a area where it's filled with air due to tempered glass unable to stick on the surface of the phone due to the phone's screen is curved.
