I don't need to install new rom after install twrp. Just format data, reboot to recovery again, install magisk, reboot .. done.

I'm running MIUI 9.5 Global Stable - 9.5.3.0 (NEGMIFA), now unlocked, rooted with magisk.

It did ask. Select cancel, then format data in twrp wipe menu.
Yes, mine too cannot boot .. only after installing magisk, it boots.

I have microsd inserted before unlocking bootloader.

Doesn't matter if you use internal storage, microsd or otg, twrp automatically mount internel storage & microsd once you reboot back to twrp recovery after format data. You can transfer magisk zip and install.

I already have magisk.zip & other mod zips in microsd, formatting data doesn't wipe microsd, so no need to re-transfer zips.

Try with your dialer, type *#*#4636#*#*
You'll get same menu then select phone information 1 or 2 (on which sim slot that you use)

While on LTE or 4G ?

UARFCN - wcdma/3g
ARFCN - 2g

This is a great app that I installed on all my devices since 2013.

I use it mainly for swipe right area for back (save the hassle to reach back button on navbar) and swipe left area for advanced power menu or to run advanced power menu app when rom has no built-in advanced power menu.
