from a business perspective, I would price these units no less than current units as everybody in business wants to increase price and sell more assuming there is no competition.

but from a business perspective, cost is not just how good the tech or the specs is or how hard to manufacture. There are issues of supply like quantities purchased, the source of supply, the terms of trade, the business strength of the the buyer, the leverage of the supplier, etc..
then there is the branding issue: I might sell the A73 much cheaper to Apple but the same chip might be sold to other smaller companies at higher margins simply because supplying to Apple is bragging rights which opens up new business segments
