- no playstore, but can install from miui store?
- chinese bloatwares
- anything else?

It could be or couldn't be there as well.

it could even be hardware coded, regardless of what kind of rom you use.
That is one of the reasons I opt for official set instead of AP set imported from China. Hope they don't put that on devices for non-China market.

Anyway, I never kept,never type any info I think confidential in my hp. Online purchase, banking, bill payment, form filling all done through laptop, which I'm make sure secured.

I thought the latest version should call Redmi note 5 instead of Redmi 5 plus?
