My SA told me that the coating is not included in the premier spec due to latest announced price is considered low price.

Anyone can confirm this?

I received message from my SA that there is a scheme "Price Protection Promise" will protect u if the price is increased after new tax implementation, you will not be impacted and asked to pay for higher price.

However, if the new price is lower after new tax implementation, you will be compensated equivalent to the price reduction.

This is from my Nissan SA. I guess this not fake news.

Need advice urgent!

I placed my booking on launching time month end of Apr and down payment already paid but until now my premium spec serena still haven't received.

I have been asking for the actual delivery date many time but my SA cannot even give me a promise date. I really feel weird that how on earth they don't know how many cars are going to deliver by their HQ to them and the date.

I feel they keep delaying and could be pushing my car to other customer that benefit them!?

Anyone has the same situation as mine who booked the car during launch time and still haven't received car.

In fact already spoken to his manager but still no date is given.
This is what fed me up.

Reason being given was insufficient accessories but this is not a valid reason as Tan Chong is not newbie in car production. Can't believe that their planning in so bad until accessories are not enough for pre-booking order.
