My SA just called me. My loan has to be reprocessed again due to the change of price. Which will take a couple more days. Ive asked to proceed with the loan and refund the GST through downpayment but the SA can't confirm this.

My case

Price remain = RM147,500

Include insurance - 55% NCD = OTR RM149,444.72

Loan RM120k for 9 years @ 2.55% = RM1366/month

DP = RM29,444.72 - RM8300 (GST Rebate) - RM144.72 (from SA itself)

Total DP = RM21,000 (including RM1000 deposit)

But SA told me need to register within this month. You guys want to wait or register this month ?

Had a small argument with my SA. Gst rebate is like compulsory, else they will have no sale this month

But why they remove the coating? We paid booking based on what has been advertised

So do you guys thing is it worth to fight for it? At least more rebate?

the estimated price was 155k, from 155k it becamse 153k.... that was his justification, but the actual price is 147 when it came out recently... which i believe it doesn't include the coating anymore.
anyway, i was just looking at the Japan's unit... i understand alot was omitted for malaysian model but why the electronic parking brake was removed as well... huhuhu... the foot brake feels like a back ward choice... they already cut the pro pilot and the magic seat... also i notice 3rd row doesn't have trays... because ours come with pilot seat and can't accommodate trays?? hahahahah funny

I have booked the premium model in early May, signed all loan documents early last week. Now SA said I can only get the car after Raya! (this is despite that I have lower my requirement to any of the 3 colours)

I also want to ask for those who have collected their cars, does the lighter adapter works or it is not just a hole and cannot function? My air purifier needs to plug in to the lighter adapter in order to work. So without this, very troublesome.
