1. I already reported to celcom and that idiot Kline emailed the report to the blue cube that i disputed. Instead of celcom take action to that blue cube they just mentioned to call customer. So The blue cube fellow just called me, after talking with my angry tone, that their business is a scam, they agreed to terminate the number and refund me (after a month)
2. The Rm12.70 insurance also they will terminate but that one cannot refund as they also asked other customer to buy.
