Hi,
My contract with easyphone rent for the XS Max just ended last week. As i remembered, there was an option for me to either pay a certain amount or extend my contract for another 8 months in order to keep my phone.
But I've checked the celcom faq's page but I couldn't find out what is the amount needed for me to settle up.
Could anyone help me with this?

QUOTE(Carlo J @ Oct 26 2020, 11:15 PM) Was yours EasyPhone rent or own? Celcom discontinued the rent option so technically the phone is already ours. It was a rent. I see. No wonder when I went to Bluecube, they were a bit clueless about the buyout fee. Thank you. QUOTE(Pat89 @ Oct 27 2020, 08:54 AM) Yes, I agree with Carlo. Or you can dial 1111 from your mobile to check with Celcom directly Will do just that. Thanks again

QUOTE(Carlo J @ Oct 27 2020, 02:17 PM) I have an iPhone 7 that my mum is using as a spare but I'm not sure if I want to sell that and get the 12 without contract and downgrade my plan to RM80 monthly. Or upgrading my current XS by returning it to Celcom for the 12 and renewing my contract for another 2 years. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe that since we are now contractless, we can just pick up a new device without returning the old one.
