Anyone had any luck to walk in for a ip12 pro?

Just found out something ridiculous.
My gf pre-ordered her iphone 12 pro on the 7th November 2020 from blue cube all season place. iPhone 12 pro Gold 256gb. haven received until now, everyone else got theirs already. has been 2 weeks+.
Until today, we spoke to a celcom dealer at Gurney Plaza, only to realize that order from a celcom is faster than blue cube. They promised to deliver it within 1-2 weeks.

WTH. we were shocked! dealer can get it sooner than blue cube. According to them, dealer can submit your request bonded to your name directly while blue cube only takes down name and call you when stock is available. funny.

Pre-ordered iPhone 12 Pro Gold 256Gb with blue cube on 08 November, until now did not hear back.

On 29 November, I went to celcom dealer at gurney plaza and they promised me will receive it within 1 week or max 2 weeks.
So, i paid RM 300. And its been nearly 4 weeks (1 month). There is no news either.

Celcom is really a piece of sh!t

I did , actually.
System went offline for some users on the pre-order day, I was one of those who cannot complete the order.
waited for a week before they contact me and tell me it is out of stock.
Ended up walking in to the outlet. damn pissed.
But at least, they restock quite quickly. Celcom....totally.....no..news...gg

Waited since 2x November until now, 4th January, still yet to got my iPhone 12 Pro Gold 256g.
