Just wondering, if I've made a deposit in Celcom Cyberjaya can i ask and get the device in another Celcom branch which have the device available?

Possible if that outlet is an official Celcom blue cube…if it’s partner or dealer then nope. Best is to call up or go to the outlet and check with them..

Hi guys, im having trouble securing iPhone 13 Mini in Starlight white (128GB or 256GB). I DMed via twitter and requested to book the device, they asked for the branch and I listed almost all in Klang Valley, turns out nothing has been done and they claimed to require 2-3 working days.. hmm.gif

I checked the website almost daily, and last weekend they restocked but I couldn't go through "Pay Now" due to website error and it went into "out of stock" after refreshing bangwall.gif

Ended up having to walk in to bluecube at TTDI, Jalan Ampang, Pavi and get my reservation no. as well as dealer at OU and Starling. Im now using cracked iPhone 7, 1% battery health with a bad mic. So if anyone have any clue on how to secure the 13 mini in white, please let me know notworthy.gif

1% battery health? Was that a typo?

Blue cube TTDI normally hold ready stocks so if they don’t, then I think high chance other outlets wouldn’t have it as well smile.gif

Try to check out the stores instead of checking their website for stock availability, celcom site could be unreliable…hope you get your phone soon smile.gif

guys, i think my friend got scam but he didnt believe me. or maybe if im wrong please correct me.

so the story like this. he want to buy ip15 but want to pay installment. I advice to check with celcom because he is existing celcom can get rm0 upfront with 3yrs contract so he quite happy and go to nearest celcom.

when he got back, he managed to get the phone, but the weird thing is he was forced to pay rm299 for unneccesary stuff, which is consists of phone casing+samsung charger+ lousy type c cable+ screen protector .. all this for rm299. If he didnt buy this package, he cannot take the phone from that shop but hv to go blue cube there. according to that shop, that stock is only for buyer who willing to pay 299 upfront for that thing.

is this true? I think he got scammed.
that celcom shop is at thecurve damansara.

he didnt get scammed, but he was forced to pay for something he don't need, usually celcom dealer outlets will force for bundle purchase to push their sales for accessories... if you don't want to be forced to pay for those then just get it from bluecube/official celcom centres...this is applicable to maxis outlets as well, but not all are like that...
