No celcom personnel call yet about might night delivery.

I am from ipoh perak pre-order online by the way.

The shipping status on GDex is still stuck at Inbound to SPD station at Petaling Jaya since Tuesday. Wondering if they will send to JB today so they can send to my house this Friday in time.

Same here, but in FB Messenger, Celcom seems to say I was shortlisted for midnight delivery. But no one has called me till now.

Lastest update: Finally my phone status changed to Inbound to SKU station in Skudai. Not sure if i can pick up personally, guess i will wait till tomorrow.

Status changed to Rawang too. Wonder can self-pick up at noon or not

Called GDex to collect this morning. Initiall;y they said ok. Then they called me back again when I was on my way to say that GDex is under strict instruction to release/ deliver the phone tomorrow, not before. so tomorrow it is.

Same here. They call and said cannot self-pick up. No choice

Same result here. Once i mentioned i wanna pick up iPhone X, they say only release on tomorrow. Gonna come again tomorrow.

Wow so strict haha. Anyone else here pre-ordered at their centre or blue cube? What time are u guys going to pick up the phone tomorrow? I'm not very sure what is the procedure of the pick up tomorrow, whether we need to wait and queue or they have special lines for those who pre-ordered.

Just notice from celcom FB page. Midnight delivery is for selected area only. Not nation wide. If u are luck u will get midnight delivery.

For anyone who pre ordered at blue cube and paid the RM300 deposit, did u get any calls from them?

anybody at celcom sunway? can ask them whether got EPP purchase or not? dunwan easyphone

Hello, from the website alone, I don't think EPP is available. Suggest you to purchase the phone, and use Maybank BT 0% for 12 month. It works the same as EPP.

Walkin like boss Blue Cube Elit Avenue at 8am have to take leave for the sake of iPhone X.

Pros
1. Got the phone without preorder or booking fee
2. No need to pay upfront payment Rm700 due to already celcom user more than 1 year
3. Free tempered glass screen protector

Cons
1. Shady sialcom business model forcing walkin customer to open new account with new number and pay RM45 + GST. They give 10GB data 20hours free call and 500sms. The number must be terminated before Dec 4, if not need to continue to pay. They will prorate the payment if terminate earlier. They suggest to use up all the 10GB data if not rugi.*

Customer also forced to buy protection insurance for RM12.70 for the first month in the event of damage including water damage but customer must pay RM550 then only another party will replace the phone with new phone. We can terminate the insurance after 1 month but if forgotten they will continue to charge**

Yeah i almost create unnecessary scene at the blue cube this morning to this unfair treatment to existing customer.

What about walk in customers who wants to do the EasyPhone plan for IPX?
