Hi guys, is it true that Celcom does not support e-sim on iPhone 13 pro max?

I'm using eSIM on iPhone 13 Pro Max.. eSIM @ Celcom, physical sim @ maxis

If that is the case, the customer service rep need to be fired!!! she told me esim only support up to iphone 11

Did you enquire through 1111 CS or centres?

Their phone CS often provide inaccurate info, suggest you call up a few times and check with different CS, they separate their CS to HQ (Menara) and subs, if you’re lucky you’ll get HQ which provide better info..

any idea how to buy online without paying the massive upfront?

i've been using celcom past 8 years. i know can go to blue cube to get it waived but no stock so far

If you’ve been with them for so many years and have a good payment record, the upfront should be automatically waived during purchase. you can try to purchase something and see if there’s any upfront charged on the checkout page…if anything, call 1111 to confirm, they often change their policy so better clarify with their CS..

P/S: u might wanna try your luck at bluecube store, they may have ready stocks and surprise you!

I went to Pavilion and Jalan Ampang. Both don’t have pro model. Only normal one. Online need to pay upfront. Haih

Lucky day for me. Went Celcom jalan ampang today to switch the line from maxis to celcom. I did requested through celcom apps but still out of luck no stock for ip13pm. So I just want to switch lines first. During the process celcom staff informs that there is 1 pro max unit that has been reserved but not taken by the customer. The only one is ip13 pm 256 graphite! Yahoo...

Been looking everywhere for pro max can’t seem to find any from celcom .. if anyone knows any blue cube or dealer with stock do let me know .. your help would be much appreciated . Want to get with easy device bundle if possible

Celcom online store has 13PM 256GB, Silver

Any capacity will do , colour preferably silver or blue . Things is blue cube told me even if online store says got stock waiting list minimum is 1 month .. they will clear slowly . Can’t wait that long as phone screen is cracked badly .

have you tried walking in the official blue cubes (not partner or dealer) to check if they have ready stocks? my colleague manage to grab a ready stock last week in one utama outlet...

That’s what the blue cube in pavilion told me . All outlets no stock all on waiting list . Minimum 1 month wait . That’s why I didn’t check with other blue cubes . I did try calling a few but either no stock or no answer .

I haven’t checked midvalley , gardens , 1 Utama.
