Can I cancel my pre order ?

Dont think you can cancel preorder easily, especially if you preorder online and paid thousands buck on it. BTW, you should try to do so, maybe ask the Celcom rep 1st.

Today, no movement on Gdex tracking. Maybe under instruction to deliver strictly on 24th November. If we get it tomorrow or Thursday, that will be awesome

Dont think we can self collect, they are required to send parcel only on 24 Nov i guess. BTW the parcel is still at PJ, while im in jb haha

i just sign up with the new celcom acc under easyphone (ipX 256gb Silver)..For the new reg acc i have to take protection plan all together with celcom first & easyphone plan..so the monthly total i have to pay + RM360 (with gst) ... (easyphone+plan+protection) for 24 yrs...hahaaha not a big deal for me bcoz i dont have to pay 5k++ at one time..i think this easyphone plan is very attractive and affordable for me. plus i dont have to worry about my ipX damaged or stolen because its covered by protection plan (+rm50) ...

anyone here have exp whereby iphone damaged or stolen, how easy to get new replacement from celcom?? under protection plan i mean ..

BTW, mind that Pick pocket, loss due to negligence & mysterious disappearance is not covered. While phone loss due to house break in and robbery is entitled for a new replacement, it requires a police report la.

Some other scenario they dont replace 1 to 1, they just repair and send to you. Anyway, still better than without protection plan la, Just have to be careful when handling the phone.

Ya, device protection is OK for a device this expensive, but RM50 a month for two years = RM1,200 additional on top of your device price, making the overall cost of ownership very high

Already reserved mine. Just curious where he get his from. Because i didnt pre book or anything because item already out of stock. But manage to write my name on the que list and yesterday Celcom girl already called me to confirm my phone reservation.
