Hi which broker best for XAUUSD, XAGUSD and GBPJPY?

I don't do scalping, only on daily time frame but the lower spread the better right?

My advice to someone who are interested in forex trading. Before you start your trading career there are few questions you need to answer yourself honestly.
1. Understand yourself first. Who you really are by nature will have an impact on your trading career. Knowing your strength and weakness before even begin with anything relate to trading.
2. Why forex trading? Are you attracted by the marketing gimmick that say you can get rich quick overnight? Do you like the trading challenge?
3. How do you learn new thing in the pass? Are you practical learner through try and error? Can you learn better from someone else? Can you learn it through reading or audio?
4. Will you still insist to go on this trading path, if non of your family members or friends know what you are doing or no one is supporting you to begin with? Do you have a strong mindset and determination or you are just basically a crowd follower? Are you a loner? Can you be independent without trading community?
5. Do you like number? Are you good at Math? Do you like analysis and statistic?
6. Are you a gamer? What type of game do you play? FPS? MOBA? MMORPG? What is the longest period you ever play in one type of game? 10years in WoW? How was your performance or ranking in the game you play?
7. Can you stand the repeated process every day without boredom? Jogging every sunday morning for the past 15 years?
8. How do you overcome failure in your pass? give up easily or persistent
9. What is your financial status now? What is your long term goal in life? How do you see yourself in trading career 30 years from now?

This list go on. These are questions prior to start your demo account which most of traders ignore.

There are early sign of a person who can become a consistent profitable trader. Trading is just not for everyone.

I also think the same way, since the withdrawal only can go through like bank transfer or wire transfer, there is no reason LHDN cannot find out that person real income amount for whole year. especially the gov have changed last year..

But i am also wondering how some full time trader can declare their forex income successfully and didn't get knock door by LHDN and BNM...

Saw one people (@ched6560) in previous reply in this post saying that he engaged accountant to help him declare his forex income and he say he is a full time trader too. I am wondering how he tell his accountant he is the full time forex trader and how to declare his forex income to LHDN under what type of income sources?

Do anyone have any experience or knowledge on this issue which you don't mind to share some bit of information about this? Or maybe just some hint also fine?

Hi,

I'm a newbie in FX trading. I wonder if FX trading is illegal in Malaysia? I mean transfer money to an overseas broker to trade FX. Public Bank told me via phone that I can't transfer money for FX trading but stock trading no issue. I have googled it, some said as long as you don't trade any pairs involve MYR, that is legal. But some said it's legal only if you trade with brokers authorised by BNM. For broker like Pepperstone, it's regulated by FCA and ASIC but does not authorised by BNM. Like this also considers illegal???

Thanks.

So what bank do you recommend?

Deposit money using Broker IB easier than bank.

What is broker IB? How if use paypal to deposit and withdraw? Because every time I direct TT money to my oversea stock brokerage account, they will call and ask the purpose. They said if for forex then can't TT.  Unless I lie, otherwise no chance to TT. So I'm thinking to use Paypal as intermediate between bank and broker. Would this possible to avoid the bank from calling and asking me the purpose?
*
Introducing Broker (IB), you transfer money from your local bank to him, he transfer USD to your forex account. Of course the rate will be higher example USD100.00 = RM440.00

Since it's illegal, did any of you here encountered issues from BNM, bank or LHDN?

1) have good analysis of the downside risks.

2) trade up to 80% of your margin only.

3) have a logical Stop-Loss in-place.
*
Usually pro trader only risk up to 2% per trade and not more than 10% combine.

But there is Full Margin trader everywhere.

Tq,... I feel that 2% is too near to the entry level, and can hit the stop-loss easily. But it depends on the trade too - hence, we must know the downside risks well, AND have a LOGICAL stop-loss in-place. But this is Direct Forex Trading, which I don't do much,...
*
What is logical stop loss? 2% doesn't mean your stop loss too near or too far it depends on your lot and pips. 0.05 lot with 100 pips is still can be your 2% risk.

Copy trade don't make much unless your have plenty of subscribe on myfxbook or you make your own fees rules. (typical scammer)
https://www.forexsignals.com/blog/2017/06/m...book-autotrade/

Try to make 20-30% profit yearly for couples of year and try apply any prop firm, there you will trade 6-7 figures capital, but they very strict about money management, if in your trading record gots small lot then big lot small lots again they just rejected. This is one of my dream actually, trade other people money because I know even death I cannot afford those 6-7 figures capital.
