dude, you walk into a shop, you gotta be careful.
you cant blame them for their sucky infrastructure. If they have sucky infrastructure such as open end shelves, dont come inside. simple as that.
last time my friend works in a guitar shop, its so sad to see people just walk in, play guitar until the body smashed and then they cannot sell that guitar anymore. the way the guitar displayed is easy to reach so that people eager to come and play n then buy. But people just take things for granted and think they can do whatever they want.
Please think that people struggle in doing business, especially in this era.

QUOTE(jfleong @ Nov 19 2017, 12:25 AM) Not the same situation Even though those cases are not intentional, but they bear some responsibility, though not full, as the guitar shop owners could have done something , like keeping the guitars in the lockers and only bring out for genuine buyers This is not. If this keeps on repeating they should have done something right? Nope. Same. The shelves designed the product to be easily reachable by customer. Putting guitars in the locker? What are you, a collector? Also, there are already notices to call the sales when u wanna pick up guitar but ppl never read n never listen. Its business. They wanna make their product easily reachable by customer so they would feel that the shop is friendly and aproachable. Only gold, jewels and mobile phone business can safekeep their items.
