I tried to upgrade my Norton to 360 by downloading online.Everytime I tried to submit the application it keeps rejecting my credit card transaction.I tried few other credit cards and the same thing happens.Called the call center but ended asking me to buy retail from shops. As far as I know the download price offered is RM219 while buying from retail shop is at least RM289.Anyone exprience this before?

How nice.... But have you checked out the N360 thread before purchasing? Will spare you a lot of disappointments if your expectation gets too high. The antivirus portion of N360 isn't the strongest point of the product, so better set your expectations right before putting Rm200 in.

I managed to purchased mine online from Asia Pacific [Singapore] site without any problem.

Do agree that NAV is the best here but is see,s to trapped a number of online malwares and viruses.

Well apparently I can't upgrade mine to Norton 360 but could renew my license for Norton Internet Security 2006 with the same credit card.Still not sure why.Looks like Symatec earned more by making me to renew license for USD49.99 than upgrading to Norton 360 for USD 59.99
