SST does not effect the RRP from Mattel to retailers..
Retailers has been advise using the RSP, but it depends totally on them..
FYI, Malaysia RSP is still lower than any other country in Asia if you are talking in RM...
dollar to dollar yes it looks expensive..

I was in SGP yesterday..
Saw the carded there in TRU in The Forum, Orchard.
But it was in a bad condition.. Didn't buy it thou as I do ot know you need the casting or together with the card mint..
If you do have a fren travelling down there, probably you can inform them to get it for you..

China I think doin the rlc/convention cars..
Thai are doin the premium cars..
Indo n penang I think doin the mainline, 5pk and tohers probably..
