Just when you thought Saiyans are tired and exhausted after going full Saiyan Blue, Kaio-ken, Ultra Instant and stuff - suddenly they can power up again when desperate.

But Saiyans since the Namek arc already OP while Jiren only shows up for TOP so far. Being an enemy to U7, he bound to have some weakness just like when Goku fights Hit and Golden Frieza from last arc.
