Sengheng service & after sales is not bad. My current Samsung LED TV was a replacement from previous normal flatscreen... The old flatscreen kong under extended warranty  (5 yrs) then replace one FOC (free upgrade to LED TV). Paying one price, 2 TVs, used it for almost 9 yrs, no complain lol

Hi... anyone here got their order gone missing from account? I bought an item on 11.11 but now when I check my account ... the order history totally missing the item on 11.11... i bought many stuff on that day and usually no email confirmation for the order...

Right now only got sms TAC record... any idea if anyone kena similar issue and how to fix This? What if I call Lazada and they simply say there is no record at all? How do I link my credit card payment and tell Lazada about it?

I'm using AC600.

It's a nano-antenna model. The signal is very bad, I have to use a extension USB to place it on my table (my PC in 1st floor is placed on the ground below a table. Router is on 2nd floor) or else it has 0 signal, not even 2.4ghz can pick up while my phone place under the table (same position) can get 3 bars 5ghz. With extension it can get 2-3 bars of 5ghz AC connection, and sometimes the signal will drop and can only get N connection with super slow speed.

Already changed wifi channel and it was the same. I would not recommend this model unless your PC has a clear line of sight with your router.
