i found a tripod, lazada selling RM7xx, then i search taobao RMB8xx=RM5xx(which was during 11.11 promo), so i though of using shopback for some cashback. after enter the product via the shopback link..all the tripods in the search page are RMB11xx. that's around RM100++ difference...im not gonna pay that extra

Multiple account usage. then my account got ban, they ask seller to suspend shipping of my item. so what happen now ? they take my money without sending my item ? I cant even login to my acc

My monitor bought from 11.11 was finally found. Turns out the Ninja Van guy signed for me and put it in the guardhouse. Luckily the Nepalese guard informed me or else buta buta my monitor just gone like that.

Already sounded Lazada in email, scolding them and NinjaVan. They didn't even bother to send me sorry voucher, they just sent me generic apology email
