for my case, i was away from office (we have different offices, different entrances, same floor), saw it was delivered, ask my colleagues in same office, no one receive, asked the main office receptionist, no one know). contacted lazada, the next day provide me the proof of receipt, no name, just IC no. so search company database for that.

turn out the colleague help to sign, pass to the wrong table.
