is that water mark(dry) or oil + water on glass surface in that pic?

if oil+water, use plain newspapaer to wipe it until there's no moisture(truly dry)

one thing you need to know that water stain is consist dry out mineral+dirt that in water

so it's similar to heavy/ dry / burned cooking that stuck frying pan

so get a cleaner wax/water mark removal/heavy detergent (such as laundry detergent powder/washing liquid concetrate)

and a thin steel wool preferable or just those steel wool for washing plate.

let those watermark seep in heavy detergent for a while before scrub it with steel wool  / rub cleaner wax on water mark/watermark removal for a while before scrub it steel wool

do not scrub it until the glass until got scratch, simply test it first the scrub strength needed at the corner of the glasses

clean it with cloth towel/newspaper after scrub
