wanna ask those who get hsbc rm500 voucher, there's required spending or rm1000.

Hi, just checking whether anyone here ever encounter top up using Lazada showed transaction successful but the top up number did not receive any credit at all. After checking with Lazada CS, they said I have to check with the telco as their side had showed the transaction was successful. Then I check with telco Maxis, their side mentioned that there is not transaction at all. Maxis ask me to check with bank for refund if the transaction is unsuccessful as they have no partnership with Lazada. Both side pushing out the responsibility...
