What to do it Lazada keeps ignoring my email? Still no resolution with my leaked Milo

Everyday email them to ask for updates but no reply zzz

Why did Lazada cancel my 2x petronas card purchase today using Maxis code? Says i exceed allowed quantity. I didn't buy any petronas card today or yesterday. Last was using DC20TRT.

I used this to buy petronas card minutes ago. All cancelled. Only bought one for each account and yet cancelled. Now need to have brand new accounts?

The previous indication was the cards came with a white sticker but all cards now also come with white stickers so best is not to stock up too many and confuse yourself.

i didnt get any email confirmation for buying the petronas card. is it just me?

so far my order not cancelled yet, fingers crossed, but usually if they plan to limit it, they wouldn't let you choose from the drop down.

once directed to the app do you need to go back to MAD each time you log out and log in for multiple accounts?

haihz wth with lazada. i used my milo compensation voucher to buy lazada gift voucher RM100 so i paid only RM55. order is cancelled because it has exceeded the allowed quantity. i didn’t even purchase more than one gift card. my account is officially blacklisted?

only bought one. i’m not planning to spend much during 12/12. so not even considering to buy with other accounts. i only bought extra petronas cards during the previous DC20TRT sale.
