worry my track status still no update since 15/11/2017

same, shipped on 11.11, KL to Selangor need more than a week to deliver.
only LEX can do it

lol, happened to me on tuesday early morning while i still sleeping, under heavy rain some more...

skynet keep pressing alarm and shouting till i go collect (actually i didn't heard it, my mum heard and ask me to wake up and collect)

after that i can't sleep anymore, busy plying my product

because it is LEX

after 2 days "attempt failed" and another 2 days no update, finally my track status updated as "out for delivery" today,

doubt i can get it today, or they will update 3rd times "out for delivery" and "attempt failed" on it.

where is ur area? my 1 still "out for delivery" and no receive any call

LEX worst. If possible, I would beg them don't use LEX on my orders.

at least he still call u, the LEX courier personnel in my area just keep cheating and update system since 14.11

tbh, until now i yet received any call/sms

I did live chat with lazada, told them their courier personnel keep updating status as "out for delivery" and didn't deliver it.
they say will request them to call me for reschedule attempt and my latest delivery date is 20 Nov.
after that they still replying with email title as "2X ATTEMPT FAILED" on my case

any way to complain my case?
