So how long it takes for refund ? I know some product will take longer time but this time is reload on different telco.So it's base on telco partner lazada refund or refund with the need of hassle to live chat + email CC bank account and etc ?

How doe shopback works using voucher ?
If you are first time buying from lazada , then there is something that on review you should know.
Some review are made up by someone intended for sale purpose and some bad comment can be remove by seller and laz them self.

If you receive the product not in a state of perfect , you should request for refund.The estimate date must the precise , after placing the order get the tracking number with email with asklaz@ for tracking , and if it is over the date estimated deliver , call laz and request for double check.Sometimes the tracking will have problem.
If they can't resolve , refund asap.

There is also a question to ask , if the voucher is limited like 3 hours and you only realize it at the last 50 min.How would you do if the payment don't went through ? Just give up or using family account to use the voucher again ?

Some even didn't capture.It's really confusing.

Refund really troublesome even for small amount.Why can't they act a middle man or a special dept for fastest refund section within hours ?

Yep , I understand what you are worry about.

1. For first starter as clean way , register with a fully factory reset phone and only install lazada apps or shopback.If pc , a fresh install OS + antivirus/firewall.
2. Find what you wanted to buy , post here if you didn't know and we all will help to verify whether it's from a trusted seller.
3. Ask here if you need voucher for discount
4. Then buy a cheap item if you are worry and needed.Make sure you calculate well and compare the price with different online store like shopee and lelong after discount.
5. You can choose the payment you wanted.By CC , 7-11 or even COD where only parcel arrived only pay.

The reason there is online platform is all for convenience.Not everyone have time or purposely buying an item like Tissue roll driving 3km to Tesco or Giant , round 15min for parking.Luckly now there is 99mart.
Online purchase platform like amazon/ebay lazada/tabaoo/alibaba all are just an assembly from small to big shop store together.
