- 2 Units of double deck beds with mattress and pillow(Maximum can fit 4 person)
- 4 units of single door lockers.

Second Room

- 1 Unit of double deck bed (for 2 person)
- 2 Units of single door locker.

Third Room

- 1 Unit of double deck bed (for 2 person)
- 2 Units of single door locker.

To be furnished with refrigerator, washing machine, stove with gas cylinder for light cooking.

Deposit : 2+ 1 (can be paid over 2 months)

Rent rate : RM270 monthly inclusive of utilities.
