Theres a minimum amount you need to ship per month and you need to have a trading license to register for it.

Please be warning, GDex at Melacca is not as friendly as you could think. I have bad experience while dealing with LYN members who post xxxx with Gdex. Item missing. All sides(seller & courrier)just know how to point out to each other. The postmen who deliver the item almost threat to kill/beat me if I do not let go the issue off. I still have a police report about the threat to my live. If u go to police with report under domestic trade issue with Gdex, which i almost going to do, Gdex confirm u to surely hired the best lawyer to beat u down. Until now, not a chance I'm going to use Gdex. Not a friendly services.....at Melaka...

Yeah, heard bout it tongue.gif

Izzit within Peninsula or btwn Peninsula & Sabah / S'wk?

If the former, even if the sender is just walk-in customer, it's ridiculous.

If the latter, then nothing 2 b surprised as it's the norm

City-Link needs me 2 use min RM 50 worth of their service evry month but they dont really care whn ur company is big. Some of frenz which I recommended use less then RM 35/month yet nothing happens

GDEX offered me 2 match any of City-Link's benefits & priveleges too

ya. gdexpress have terrible service aspecially at terengganu, kelantan those kampung area.
the parcel will delay few days until 1 week to the location, sometimes they call my clients ask them collect at their office.. doh.gif
like this better use poslaju for those area.

for small items + posted to rural areas...do recommend using Poslaju service instead of GDEX...

but for heavy items like casing and stuffs...i prefer using GDEX as it's much more cheaper than poslaju fees instead flex.gif

i dunno man  rclxub.gif
but the lightest is 3kg~~
if i posted sumthing below 3kg also Rm8~~
after tax over rm9 already~~  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

what you mean expected volume??
how much you send each month?
but they did told me can fix the price over time if i post more in the future

my volume each month +- = 20 parcel only~~  rclxub.gif

Chow.
*
Like that same like City-Link also lah. Final total 'll b RM 9.40 tongue.gif

Volume wise, I send way more bout few hundred parcels incl huge ones like whole system setup , power tools etc. So since the total amount is vry high, they offer diff pricing

for small items + posted to rural areas...do recommend using Poslaju service instead of GDEX...

but for heavy items like casing and stuffs...i prefer using GDEX as it's much more cheaper than poslaju fees instead  flex.gif
*
Same here dude. PosLaju is only worth it 4 small stuffs. Anythin' above 2kg can 4get 'em & use other couriers

GDEX Subang Jaya so kedekut in revising the price for me  sweat.gif  cry.gif

my GDEX invoice almost around RM 400++ a month...how much can we talk for rates bargaining bomb?  unsure.gif
*
Uish...dats a lot act adiel. Manyak big companies pn tarak use that much (since mostly letters only). Definitely there's room 4 u 2 request @ least RM 1 less per whteva 1st kg & another RM 0.20 per subsequent kg

Hav u met the branch manager? Start talkin' nicely but if he still doesnt budge, ask him how come others elsewhr can get so or bout other companies offering cheaper rates.

Remember, they dont ever wanna lose even single customer as volume is too crucial. Wht more u wink.gif

Btw, u r indirectly also advertizing 'em via ur webbie rite adiel. Tell 'em that too

My Gdexpress here in klang.. 500g ~ 5kg also RM 8.. Then plus wat tax lar.. bla bla bla  become RM 10.xx... I cancel my account already.. Cannot tahan..
*
Till 5kg RM 8 is just normal lor. But of course it most of ur stuffs is small & light, not worth it as PosLaju is way cheaper. And r u sure the final cost is RM 10.xx Shouldnt it b RM 9.40 only (after fuel surchage & taxes) ?

Call Gdex hotline or Track the item through Gdex website and see the delivery was made to whom, and then call Gdex and tell them the delivery were made to the wrong recepient and Gdex will go to wrong recepient address and collect the item back and deliver it to the correct address.

However, there's no guaranty either the correct recepient will receive the same item or otherwise.
