MacOS X Security Update 2007-004, any problems?

anyone installed this update and has problems??
i installed this update on my macbook and ever since, my macbook fan has been running on maximum......i am not using the SMC fan controller thingy..... the only changes i made to my mac is i added a wireless mighty mouse to it..... anyone has similar problems?? |

i've just install 2 hours ago. No problems whatsoever.
However, I do run SMC fan control. |

No problems here either, just took awhile to restart, thats usual for all Security Updates.

yeah....it took a while to restart.....that's the norm.....
but my fan has been spinning like crazy......and i only have Mail and Safari running........... kinda funny..... nvm, i'll monitor it for a while, and see how things go...... |

monitor ur temperature 1st. See if the fan is running as fast as it should...

Just like anyone else, the update works fine with my small little 1.25ghz Mac Mini... I don't think the fan should be a problem, but if it's acting weird, maybe you can try calling Apple and see what they tell you.

installed yesterday this update: all OK here no problems at all..
running: macbook pro 15" 2.33ghz version with 160gb drive.. rest stock. if that interests you.  |
