Hello, would like to ask if I should be worried.. there is someone spam-reporting 3 of my main sale threads in Garage sales.. in the last ten minutes

I have put too much work into those and fear that they may face deletion due to the reports.. may I ask if there is anything I should be doing in regards to this to safeguard my threads?
