This is the opportunity for the real mccoy to get the real deal. Subsale can nego, lelong price went to the bottom, and undercons projects are reasonably priced. Of course you have to know what you are doing and what you are looking. If not you are still going to buy shitty units.

we all need cheap, beautiful and nice apartments.

we just don't want to pay 250k or 300k for it.

basically we want MK or DPC quality condos and at their locations but we want to pay less than 250k for it,

do something PH.

Rest of KV prices are touching MK/DPC already. If the lifestyle appeals to you then not a bad time to pickup a MK/DPC unit.
