actually i don't know whether is con or not lar....
actually there's a guy had already confirm me to get ndsl from me,and he promise me to cod yesterday night...after few hour later,i try to contact him to confirm the time and the location...but he never reply or sms me back me.

so untill this morning about 8a.m something,i try to pm him again.then i'll wait his p.m till 12p.m something,then i take a look at his profile,he is online at 12.15pm...
and he did't reply back at all...
so is possible to put his name in the black list?

just asking only...

i think no need to reserve the item for him anymore...it's already passed the day u have agreed to COD....
no point reserving it anymore....wasting time...

for my case, the seller din online....sms no reply...so after tomolo, i'll get the item from other people...no need reserve money for him liao...

In 1st, you should state that, if the buyer didn't accept the agreement from a given period. The items shall be sold to another buyer if he/she didn't accept the agreement...
If he/she said that you are not a reliable person? ask him/her back, why in the 1st place FFKed you...

Some item's price would goes up, for example. Items that made of cooper or steal would goes up and down drastically because the price is not stable in the market...

finally that guy reply my p.m already...
in the end he don't want the unit already...
