for past few months, 2nd Phase M Aruna Carya VP; as past March, defect repair was slow in respond by team as total of per house submit, repairs reach at peak more then 50day.
As today, repair rectified fast by the MH Team. yes 1 weeks can done. no other major issues found or complain by owner. gated still not being submit as pembandaran requirement. until Deplhy unit handover. |
