naga is good when ur opponents are not aoe... end of story

tide hunter gets my vote, free vanguard, battlefury, desolator, linken, can nuke, can slow and did i mention its ulti owns?

In that case, I would say PL is also good at tanking, especially at late game.

IMHO, the best tanker Summon Bear.

Panda is good !! evation + ulti to run away.

abaddon would b my first choice if i hav 2 choose a tanker..

tanker also must be able to eat spell

Remember Tanking is not about killing heroes or 1 man army. its about capable of going infront and take all the beating for your allys.

My votes goes to Treant Protector.

As he has does nasty base damage and have very high hp. his root armor pratically gives a free plate mail. providing him +10 armor thoughout the game.

If you have atleast 1 Heart Of taraque, if you are wounded you can just cast nature guise, hide 1 corner then get back to action.

2nd will be Pudge.

if you play your cards right, you can pratically have near godlike hp. You just have to be good with last kills.

if you gotten 2 Heart of taraque or a few ring of health, you can rot and heal in 1 go.

Abbandon is good also but Imo Abbadon feels more like a good escaper than a tanker. Cos Abbandon use his abiltiy to escape GB than actually get into battle.

Last goes to Centaur. Lvl 3 ulit = free reaver. get a plate mail and dagger. you are ready to jump into the fray.

The art of tanking is simple.. guts, You must be willing to jump into the battle and bite the bullet. Cos whe you time it wrongly your team will fail.

I dont find Axe a really good tanker. He has alot of limitation. I think he lack the HP.

Overall Axe imo feels more to an anti agi and an anti intel hero. since they dont have alot of hp so axe can strike them with ulit with just a few roars.

But if axe vs treant protector, i would say axe would win cause he still has the counter which treant lack. Even with his ultimate the oponent still can cast magic.......

I dont think enchant is a good tanker. Depend on situation. She can't tank at all if opponent alot of nuker like lina, lion ........Her hp damn low also.

of cos if opponent are those meele hero, range and non spell caster hero, would be efficient for her.

have u ever buy blink dagger for axe ? just blink them near enemy and press first skill, they don't even know what hit them

all the hero u guy mention oso can be tanker lar..........
if all this hero use in a pro tanker hand.


for me,
i will say SK(soul keeper)
when fight, just click meta + non stop pressing button C.(1 hero --> 2 tanker)
when life near die, press button R to ultil wit any hero tat was full life or sunder wit self image.(another tanker agian)


note here,
range tanker will better than melee tanker.

I personally think that blink dagger for axe is a waste. Yup, there are ppl using it. If you really want chasing machanism, boot of travel, or mask is in better position.
Just like buying a blink dagger on ursa compare to boot of travel. Bot did a better job.
