3ROD in other words meaning hardware failure and also means your 360 is dead gone for good.

i was a 3ROD victim too. my 14 months japanese 360 died but lucky 2 forumers revived it last week using hot gun and xclamp fix. so far so good and still working.

dont think too much... just sits back and enjoy. if really got that 3rod then only work out on the solution unless your 360 no longer under warranty.
