尼康宣布收购富士Super CCD及DC业务

据我们从日本网友处获得的最新消息，2007.04.18日,尼康光学株式会社与日本富士株式会社在美国帝国大厦联合举行新闻发布会，会上双方宣布尼康以12500亿日元收购富士Super CCD及数码相机业务，组成新的尼康富士光学电子有限公司（Ni-Fuji）。



会上同时对方公布了两枚新的SUPER CCD芯片。其中一枚面积为35.8X23.8MM，2200万像素，拥有24个数字通道，配合高速存贮存器，可以在24毫秒内完成全部数据的读写。别一枚面积为30.2X20。1MM，拥有1400万像素，与前一枚一样，拥有24个数字通道，配合高速存贮存器，可以在15毫秒内完成全部数据的读写。

会议上，尼康美国公司总经理小平一朗说："很久没有回答大家的尼康全幅计划，今天可以公开说了，尼康的新的旗舰产品将在年底问世，但是性能指标仍然保密。但是大家可以从这个CCD的性能上看出，最高可以达到每秒40幅的拍摄速度"。不过行家们说，目前尼康不会出这么高的指标的，因为目前的需求量不大，实现上也会有一定的困难。

小平一朗还宣布，年底还会有一款新的D2H的升级品1：1.25的APS相机面世，用的是第二枚CCD。小平一朗说，这将是世界上连拍速度最快的相机。"我想大家应当了解电影摄影机吧？我们的这款机器应当比这还要快，也许有一天，你们会发现在运动场上的电影人用的是我们的相机拍电影。"在谈到APS镜头时，小平一朗说，我们目前的APS镜头支持这款相机，因为我们早就留下了伏笔。"

在谈到为什么会突然宣布完成收购时，小平一朗说"水到渠成，"并说，谈判已经秘密进行了近两年，此前已经为富士的CCD提供了近10亿美元的资金支持。

在新闻发布会结束后，尼康在纽约纳斯达克的股标飙升了122%，股价达到股236美元。

Great, the purchase of the Super CCD and Digital Camera branch of Fuji Lights Industries...

Now we can see better CCD sensor in next upcoming Nikon DSLR and P&S range.

Frankly, if it wasn't because of xD memory, I believe Fuji P&S would have fared better. Their Honeycomb Super CCD is remarkable.

Fujifilm Holdings: To Introduce Takeover Defense Steps

TOKYO -(Dow Jones)- Japan's Fujifilm Holdings Corp. (4901.TO) said Friday that it has decided to adopt measures to ward off possible hostile takeover bids.

The Tokyo-based manufacturer of digital cameras, photographic film and flat-display-panel products said if anyone tries to buy a stake that would boost that entity or person's holding in the company to over 15%, the company may issue stock warrants to prevent a takeover upon shareholder approval.
