Hi girls, I would like to enquire if any of you know this salon. I’m dissaponted with the services that the salon provided and would like to cancel the package. However, based on my conversation with the lady in the salon, she said I will only be able to get back the facial products instead of money that I have paid to the salon. Has anyone of you file complaints to consumer tribunal and what is the outcome? Please help me on this!
