I had the holy trinity one. Acl, mcl and meniscus.

Acl full rupture. Mcl partial tear, meniscus partial tear.
Did it with dr Gan in kpj damansara back in 2011. Cost about 25k then.

My friend did it last month in sjmc. 30k.

There’s 3 ways to fix the acl. 1 is use ur own tendon from the thigh. 2 is use patella tendon where they take a bit of patella bone also to fuse it. More invasive.
3rd one is most expensive. Use tendon harvested from third party.
