HI, i live in USJ Subang Jaya for 20 years plus. All i can say is, there are pros and cons.
Pros:
USJ has accessabilities such as KESAS, ELITE, LDP, FEDERAL, NKVE and it is a strategic location as there is also Public Transportation (LRT/MRT) here. It is the Kelana Jaya Line, which means you can just go to strategic places in K.L such as KLCC or KL Sentral without any hassel with the traffic. Facilities here is great to as we have "Taipan". In Taipan, there are banks, mini markets, restaurants etc. Nearby Hypermarket here is Giant, Mydin and for Shopping Malls, we have Summit, Subang Parade, Empire etc. Pertaining to races, not really, depends on area.

Cons:
It is just too congested, traffic jams.
