The problem is I easily get bored when eating some food.
Example is I can't eat mix rice 5 days every week during working hours.

I end up not eating during lunch or just eat bread or biscuit.

last time i stay with my parent my weight reach 58kg for the 1st time in my life..now stay rent room very hard for me to maintain eating habit..1 things i want to ask is it fap can causing my problem...not alot la 1 per 3 days only whistling.gif

i think because my eating habit..i used to eat when i really hungry, if not hungry i keep delay my eating time until i really hungry sad.gif

i have same problem...

so what I do is alternate days do high rep exercise (bodypump) and drink whey proteins..

slowly sure can increase weight (proportionally)

gained from 61kg to now 67kg ( about 1kg per month )

btw check ur sugar level ; ppl who has diabetes tend to be skinny (even they eat an elephant)

if you do ; control ur sugar level first before doing anything else

For me, the only way was to hit the gym and take some protein powder.
I am 178cm and was 55kg. After 3 months at the gym, I gained 10kgs. Serious s**t.
Not all protein powders are the same. Find one that is effective for you.
For me it was Serious Mass from Optimum Nutrition.
When consuming protein drinks, NEVER take the recommended dosage. One bag of 12lbs protein drink is supposed to provide only 16 helpings. This will guarantee you diabetes and protein overload on your kidneys.
A bag of 12lbs Serious Mass can last me for 6 months so you can imagine how little I took per serving but that was enough to see results within 3 months.

do u eat a lot or like normal?..last time i also use serious mass and see a bit improvement..i guess i need to try it back..
how do u take the drink?just put cold water or mix it with anything?
if i didnt go gym just buy dumbbell and pumping at home can ar?
