Let me highlight, it was my personal experience and I blame I have real bad social skill, in chinese we call bad 人缘.
It is not about the dps/tank/healing skill, it is about the social aspect, it was my own personal experience. I am not talking about I don't know shit and I jump into raid and expect spoon feed.

It was my max level instance iirc, the time where you can't trade dungeon drop, it is so *cough* precious *cough* and 1 single misclicked on the need button, the whole group went rage on me, is that even necessary?

I shared the experience to my friend, he told me "it is like that, just pass loot and you'll be safe" okay....

Might because it is tough, everyone just took everything too seriously, a digital ingame item has out weighted the relationship, it was so stress. Well that's my experience, as I have stated, personally, I don't want to have that kind of ingame stress anymore. I never take part in any guild activity since then, until bliz release LFR/LFD which 90% of the people hates them.

5 man normal dungeon also can wipe (yes cc, patrolling adds was still a thing) > someone is gonna take the blame and get scold, it was my personal experience.

Lastly, don't hate me just because I'm the 10% whose prefer the idea of LFR/LFD
