a bit too far without close proximity to karak nor bentong.
concept wise seems unexciting.
greatest fear is lack of maintenance to the clubhouse which would lead to massive deterioration.
they should also offer package to build for ease of the buyer for their consideration.

good try but i think something like this in bentong would have higher chance of success.
tanarimba is still much more appealing by virtue of proximity.

Hmm doubt the first phase fully sold out 😈

Their launch started today, after fully sold 1 years 3 months ago.

Hi the launch is on 2017 for 1 st phase which is sold out, now they launching 2 nd phase which is selling quite fast as well. Indeed this is a best place to live your peacefull life... :)
