Is the article even correct. Since when RUMAHWIP is categorized as low cost?

I am guessing the lumawip has the best largest and widest view seeing the stone garden... While the non-lumawip counterparts will be as "protected/avoid ed" from this view as possible....

Don't know whether the land structure can support this type development, such a huge structure, the road is very convenient to avoid jam at Jalan Cheras. This may make this road going to be very busy too...

UEM Sunrise also purchased an 11.45-acre plot in Taman Pertama, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur last year. Located within the vicinity of the Taman Pertama MRT station of the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Link, the land has been earmarked for a mixed high-rise development comprising approximately 2,400 apartment units.

The project has an estimated gross development value of RM1.1 billion and is slated to be launched towards the end of the year.
