Hi everyone, sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

I've encountered this issue since yesterday when I got back home.

Apparently, I can't connect to Discord either website or the application. No matter how I load the website it just keeps connection timed out.

For Facebook, it seems like there's "heavy" loading/lag experienced when using it.

These problems didn't occur on the other websites, network downloading speed works fine such as using steam, gaming, forums etc yet only specific for above those 2, and ONLY happens when I using WIFI. Mobile Data works fine for discord and facebook, doesn't have any problems for them.

Notes:
1.) Discord server is always up, I've been checking other countries or some of the people in KL don't have this kind of troubles (Some of my friends have these issues, all happened in the same day(10/9/2017)).
2.) I've tried changing the DNS into google DNS, doesn't work.
3.) I'm not using proxy servers.

Any ideas what happened?

Thanks in advance, and sorry for the troubles.

If you are using Unifi then yes, ISP problem.

You can call them and ask them to reset/restart at their end then you restart your router.

Everything should be ok after that.

Sometimes experience local website also keep loading and loading with empty page.

Is it any service interruptions for Unifi/Streamyx?

I've reset my router and now it went no internet connection yet the green light still there.

My PPPoE user information also correct.

Am I missing something?

EDIT: It's back and everything is fixed, thank all of you guys!

TM Unifi was updating/configuring their firewall to block more sites. The "side effects" were disruption of access to FaceBook.
