If I change my mind not to buy the property and let the agent forfeit my downpayment ... the agent should write me a official receipt or letter for forfeit my downpayment with company stamp or lawyer stamp so I can know where my downpayment go for and not to the agent pocket ... what if the agent can’t write a official receipt or the letter of forfeit ... what should I do ? I have sign the offer letter and loan approve ...
