When the ride is expensive u rate the driver 1star... Now how the rider relate 1star to driver bcos of the price, I kenot brain at all... U wanna complain, complain to GRAB please. Do not take it out on the drivers especially for us drivers that safely brought you to your destination with no problem at all...

The older days... you rate lahh ur mini bus, mega bus, lrt, mrt, taxis.... see if anything can be done to improve. Whatever price you paid... We provide the service... If it too expensive... do not book it or worse, book it then penalize the innocent driver... PLease act maturely.

The expensive surge happen bcos you wanna ride in that specific hour... You no request, driver no ping in, surge go down and problem solve...

If you think Grab monopoly is bad for riders, It will be bad for us drivers too... Please support another ehailing company so that they can be a rival to Grab.
